How We Work

We believe in creating an environment where talented people can do meaningful work at the intersection of energy and technology.

Aligned Autonomy

Teams own their delivery within clear strategic guardrails. Cross-functional alignment ensures everyone is working toward shared outcomes without unnecessary overhead.

Continuous Improvement

We invest in retrospectives, flow metrics, and systems thinking to constantly improve how we deliver. Our teams are empowered to evolve their own processes.

Deep Expertise

We value depth over breadth. Our engineers, architects, and domain experts bring specialized knowledge that can only come from years of working in European energy infrastructure.

Purpose-Driven

Every line of code we write contributes to the European energy transition. That shared purpose attracts people who care about the impact of their work.
